For the month of February/March, this is my plan:

1. Take photos each week on Monday

2. I'm going to do the Rock Recovery Grub for Good 5K June 3, 2015
running: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
squats: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 
Sunday is my off day


3. I'm also eating clean with but with little meat. Not fond of le poulet.
